Salesforce announces Service Cloud Einstein and Amazon Connect integration. Salesforce announced that it is collaborating with Amazon Web Services to integrate Service Cloud Einstein with Amazon Connect, Amazon’s new cloud-based contact center service. By integrating Amazon Connect with Service Cloud Einstein, companies will be able to set up and manage a customer contact center in minutes and then fully connect it to service case histories and CRM data across sales, commerce, marketing, and more.

SmarterHQ expands product recommendation capabilities. SmarterHQ, a multichannel behavioral marketing platform, announced the expansion of its SmarterHQ recommendations capabilities. The company’s latest update generates product recommendations based on real-time, individual consumer behaviors. Using SmarterHQ Recommendations, marketers can automate relevant product suggestions based on the historical understanding of customers as well as their current behaviors.

Introducing Plytix, a digital product management hub built for SMB ecommerce. A product content enrichment hub that’s both affordable and scalable, the Plytix product information manager is built and tested for small-to-midsize ecommerce. The platform is built with the features and functionality that are helpful for small business owners that have a lot of product information to get under control. Features include import data mapping and verification, unlimited custom attributes, personalized product views, interactive product catalogs, category management, and more. Price: Plans start at $49 per month.

Linc announces Universal ChatBot, a voice and digital platform for customer service and engagement. Linc announced an intelligent customer engagement platform, offering branded ChatBots on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Apple iMessage, plus voice assistance through Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple’s Siri, along with enhanced email, web, and text. The new Linc platform provides commerce-trained artificial intelligence, natural language understanding, and intelligent service and up-sell capabilities, giving retailers and brands an opportunity to pilot, launch, and engage customers. Linc is already powering Facebook Messenger ChatBots and Amazon Alexa post-purchase ecommerce service for more than a dozen brands, including JustFab and eBags.

BigCommerce adds Amazon Pay. BigCommerce announced the general availability of Amazon Pay, providing roughly 50,000 businesses the ability to offer a secure, simple, and streamlined checkout experience to Amazon customers worldwide. Additionally, the company announced it has joined Amazon Pay’s Global Partner Program, making it easy for merchants to add Amazon Pay to their existing websites in a matter of minutes.

DHL eCommerce expands ecommerce fulfillment solution in the U.S. DHL eCommerce announced the expansion of its ecommerce order fulfillment service available for merchants in North America, with the expansion of its fulfillment centers in Columbus, Ohio and Riverside, Calif. Both facilities have recently increased capacity with investments in storage and mechanization to support the growing needs from U.S. ecommerce players. The U.S. expansion is in line with the DHL eCommerce July 2016 announcement of a $137 million investment to expand infrastructure and capabilities to expand ecommerce logistics and to serve U.S. customers with the best solutions amidst the booming ecommerce industry.

ADSI releases new ecommerce order fulfillment and shipping software for online retailers. ADSI announced the release of its new order fulfillment and multi-carrier shipping software for ecommerce companies. The new software expands ADSI’s existing product line with new modules for order management, cartonization and branding, and enhanced shipping functionality. The new software provides an order management dashboard to view and manage orders, group and wave them for picking and packing, and automatically process them for shipping — all within one system.

Commerce Signals and LiveRamp enable omnichannel sales measurement. The Commerce Signals’ platform allows advertisers and agencies to access aggregate transaction insights from approximately 70 percent of U.S. card-based purchases in near real time. With these insights, advertisers can measure how different tactics are performing, and optimize those tactics based on actual sales response. Using IdentityLink, LiveRamp’s identity resolution service, advertisers can resolve online impression and offline sales data at the people-based level, and obtain a holistic view of advertising matched to sales.

Kit and Shyp connect for Shopify integration. Shyp now works with Kit, a virtual assistant, to simplify fulfillment for Shopify orders. Kit will alert you when orders are ready to be shipped, arrange a pick-up by a Shyp courier, and more. Kit is a virtual employee that can help you market and manage your Shopify store. Kit helps drive sales by creating highly-targeted Facebook ad campaigns, sending personal thank you emails to customers, fulfilling and shipping orders using Shyp, and handling other apps that you use to manage your store.

Hashoff launches amplified to boost brand reach through organic social influencer marketing. #HASHOFF, an influencer marketing platform, has announced the launch of #HASHOFF Amplified, which lets brands expand the reach of their content through organic influencer posts at scale, and measure the impact of these organic posts just as they measure the impact of traditional paid media. #HASHOFF Amplify lets the company’s 150,000 opted-in social influencers choose to “boost” a brand’s post organically, sharing it with their own audience of dedicated followers. For marketers, #HASHOFF Amplified provides access to thousands of influencers at scale, making it easy to use paid media to expand the reach of branded content to custom influencer audiences.

Kount and Chargebacks911 integrate to help merchants beat fraud and boost sales. Kount, a provider of solutions for fraud and risk management, and Chargebacks911, a provider of risk mitigation tools, announced the integration of Kount Complete and Chargebacks911. The integration will provide a solution for both third-party fraud prevention and back-end friendly fraud, helping Kount and Chargebacks911’s joint merchant customers safely boost revenue and sales while eliminating the damaging, costly impact of fraud and chargebacks.
