19 New Productivity Apps in Feb. 2013

 

The month of February brought new wi-fi apps, an established image editor, note-taking tools, backup and file management apps, a browser, a mailbox, and a very promising smart calendar.

Here is a list of February’s new mobile productivity apps for Android, Apple iOS, and Windows Phone. There are both paid and free apps.
