In “Reading List,” we ask ecommerce professionals to name some of their favorite books and blogs, and tell us why they read them. For this installment, we corresponded with Robert J. Moore, founder and CEO of RJMetrics, an ecommerce data analytics company.

The RJMetrics dashboard is used by hundreds of online retailers to monitor key business metrics, perform ad hoc analysis to answer data-driven questions, and collaborate amongst teammates. Moore blogs at blog.rjmetrics.com and is also a regular contributor to TechCrunch. Prior to RJMetrics, Moore worked with Insight Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, in New York.
