Top 20 Mobile Productivity Apps of 2013

Here is my list of the best new mobile productivity apps of 2013. There are smart calendar and meeting apps, design inspiration tools, secure communication and anonymous search apps, and video and image tools. There are apps to measure your fitness, convert your data, and feed your mind. More than half of these apps are free.

Many of these popular apps were widely followed throughout the year, including by my monthly productivity apps lists. However, “best of” lists are always subjective. If your favorite new app of 2013 did not make this list, be sure to include it in the comments below.

Vine

    Just downloading Google Keep to help KEEP my New Year Resolutions! IMO, however, Vine is an anti-productivity tool. It can be used as a great marketing platform, but as a consumer, it simply sucks my time. Thanks for the otherwise great lineup!

    Great list. Thank you for sharing. I will definitely try Talkboard. Another great app is Meetings app http://themeetingsapp.com/ I use it for managing my meetings more effectively, for write meeting minutes, setup meeting agendas, manage action items, take attendance.

    Those applications are nice however beside Mailbox I cannot find anything interesting.

    However if you want to be more productive you should try
    SmartTM (one of the best Task / Time managers on mobile).

    It seems that this list of tools are pretty good to work with for a longer period of time and reach out to the level of productivity at all possible instance. You can also consider the hours tracking tool from Replicon ( http://www.replicon.com/olp/hours-tracking-software.aspx ) that is managed to have a good control on time in hourly manner to reach the level.
