Email Errors

I am having a few issues with my direct email campaign. I don't know if it's the customers issue or ours. I've had about 5-10 complaints over time and send out thousands, so up until now I've dismissed it as a customer issue.

My customer writes:

"Every time I get email from you, it is corrupt, and it asks if I still want to run it with all the errors, it is the same for some of my ladies, is there a way you can clear this up??"

It is basically the same kind of complaint each time we hear from someone. To bypass this issue, I have a link at the top of each page so they can view it in the browser. But I suspect that these women don't even get that far. Does anyone have any idea there's something I can do to remedy this, or say to these women? Thanks!
