PPC and Yahoo Overcharging..beware

Hi folks, I thought you may all get a kick out of this, and I hope it makes you watch your SE accounts very carefully. I turn my Overture (YAHOO!) account on and off around holiday time. I took all of my listings off after Christmas, even before Christmas, actually. However, unbeknownst to me, they were still charging me. Lee Ann had been getting periodic emails saying they'd been charging the account 250.00 when it got low. I wasn't aware we were still being charged, so I emailed them. They only refunded what was sitting as a credit on my account...not the click costs incurred. This is hysterical because how am I being charged if all of my listings are off? I went back in to my account to verify that my listings are all off, and they are. Curious?

To add insult...I get an email from them saying they graciously turned off all of my listings (they already were, but thanks!) and not even one minute later, I get an email saying my credit card was charged 250.00! ARE THEY KIDDING? Now, word has it that there's a law suit rolling around regarding Yahoo! and overcharging...could this possibly be what they are referring to? As far as I can tell, they owe me at least $500 in clicks! I'm just starting to research this one. Stay tuned..
