So I was right about not really understanding the data! Or actually I understand it, I just don't know exactly what to do with the information. I've learned that my slowest days are Saturday and Sunday, and my traffic increases steadily all week, and peaks on Friday. I now realize that I need to be proofing my site using Firefox, because it's the second most popular browser people are using to view the site. I've never once looked at my site using Firefox...can I get if for a Mac?

Another interesting thing..almost a third of my traffic uses dialup. That blows my mind. I must live in a cable/dsl bubble, but I don't even know anyone who uses Dialup anymore. It makes me rethink my image sizes, and I need to start paying attention to page sizes, and download times. That's something I don't usually worry about, but it makes me wonder. I hate waiting for ANYTHING to download. It's the exact reason I refuse to put any animation on the site. I think it annoys shoppers. It certainly annoys me!

I'm averaging about 8 pages per visit. That doesn't sound too good to me. I don't know how to approach that. The great news is that my husband loves statistics, and is exciting about going through the whole thing with me. That sounds really exciting huh? It's how we intend to spend our Saturday night. Things are hoppin' in the Lambert house.

On a side note, I was so excited to hear in a response to my last blog, that I can track my email campaigns. That's HUGE for me! Thanks for the feeback Eric!! I'll let you know how that goes.
