New Answering Service
Well hello! We put our new answering service to the test today, and probably picked up 3 additional sales in just a few hours. I’m really excited about that. It was such a simple thing, but it’s working. There’s always a tendancy to not want to add to your overhead for obvious reasons. It was just one more bill. But it has paid for itself in a few hours. …no brainer right? So the moral…don’t put off the obvious.
We had considered just having our 1-800 phone forwarded to our cells, however, when we are out of the house(s) we are busy with our kids, in the grocery store, just generally in places that stopping and taking an order is not an easy thing to do. It’s also a privacy issue. I’m not comfortable juggling customers credit card numbers outside of the house. We introduced a whole new shoe line and it’s doing very well! New product can be a cure-all. There’s nothing better than a good week of sales for what ails ya! We also have an entire new clothing line we are rolling out next week, and that’s been a long time coming. We have really been looking for months for the perfect line to carry, and we think we have found it. Our site is light on apparel, and it’s really in demand by our customers. So we continue to look for new and interesting clothing at a reasonable price.
That’s it for now, except that opening day at Tiger Stadium is just around the corner. That’s worthy of a mention, don’t you all think?? That is welcome news around here! My family is looking forward to going to the games this year, should be a lot of fun.
