ok, so I fixed it
I FIXED IT! i figured that I needed to send the html page as an inline attachment. That seems more effective. But now I have this new crisis with my mailing lists. I have people that aren't getting the mail despite the fact that they are active members on the list. I have a test email on those lists that just was disabled automatically for no reason that I can see. We just got an email at that address that said due to too many bounces it was disabled??? Why is that I wonder.
I am using Mailman, because it came free with my server. There has to be a more affective list management software that I could put on my server and use instead. I am researching it now.
I am writing from Maine this week. My neice was married last weekend, and so I am home for a week to visit and help with some family stuff. Maine in the Fall is breathtaking, and great to clear you head. I highly recommend it. I got up at 7, and even though my trusty chocolate lab is back in Michigan, I walked to the beach, and grabbed a coffee and watched the dogs play and the sun over the water. It's amazing, and I wonder why I call Michigan home now.
