What about the customers?

I intend to handle customer communications daily via email. Since my domain name is through GoDaddy I have email set up there. I set up a info@simplyfibers.com email address but haven't used it yet. I intend to use that for inquiries from our site. I check my email in the morning, lunch hour and after work every day so I don't anticipate any hitches there. Obviously, my sister-in-law will fill the orders at the store. I don't know how that works yet but I'm assuming that will be email as well. Since we use Quickbooks POS software and have a computer in the store, that shouldn't be a problem. She has done a little shipping via UPS and USPS on the web so we'll use the web for that as well. I believe my 15 year old nephew will be my photographer and email the pics to me since his mother is not well versed in attaching files to an email.... bless her heart...:-)
