Hello all. Exciting news! My new Javascript textbook arrived. I haven't had any time to do anything with it except peruse the chapters for what lies ahead but it's still exciting to me.
I still have a few tutorials to work on in my HTML text first. The chapter on Cascading Style Sheets has been taunting me for a while now. Maybe I'm putting it off because it will make me want to rework my site again. Granted, a little CSS work would really clean things up and make life easier, but I'm not ready to obsess on it just yet.  I still have a lot of functional improvements sitting on the back burner waiting patiently. One thing at a time.
What have I done for my web site lately? Not much. I've been a little caught up in the regular J-O-B... O.T. Life is happening all over the place and unfortunately, in my case, that means the web site takes a back seat.
So, I'll be carrying my new Javascript book with me and looking ahead to see what kind of cool things I can do with it.
