We put up another weekly podcast today, and also sent an email notifying our subscribers of the next articles available on the website, in addition to the new podcast. I thought I would mention that we have been having a lot of conversations about how to improve the podcasts, and we all decided that they have been a bit too long in the past.

Our monthly podcasts are simply expanded versions of the e-commerce interviews that appear in the printed magazine. Since the goal of those podcasts is to let people hear the person's voice, and also to distribute the ";extra" conversation that the recording may include, since the printed magazine has constraints. So a 30 minute podcast in those cases is fine, although stretching the limits on being too long. Our weekly podcasts are simply quick conversations with people, and we are looking at trying to keep those between 7 to 15 minutes in length. Hopefully these will provide a more engaging podcast for people that doesn't require such an investment of time or an ironclad attention span.

We may someday be introducing tutorials in the future, as we look for ways to provide more web-based content that will help developers and ecommerce business owners. Please feel free to provide feedback here as far as what you would like to see as far as future podcasts, interviews, tutorials or anything else related to podcasting.
