I would be interested in any feedback of my site from a design and usability stand point.

My site launched about 3 weeks ago.

I'm running 4 google ad campaigns, and I'm getting about a 5% click through rate on my ads, on average. I've kept my budget pretty low until I get this all figured out, so my ads aren't running in optimal slots, yet.

Still, that's equated to about 40 CPC visits, plus another 20 organic visits.

I've gotten one cold inquiry, and no sales.

I'm hoping for a 1% conversion for every click-through, and a .75% conversion rate overall, so I'll pay for another 60 CPC clicks before I start getting antsy.

Admittedly, I'm still fine-tuning some of my landing pages, so hopefully my benchmarks will get better over time.

Again, any feedback very, very welcome.

Your website is nice. it is a small suggestion for you. As it is a new concept, I feel you should have live chat button on your website to answer the queries of the customers and winning their confidence in you services. I feel, this will also bring improvement in your conversion rate and at the same time, enhancing your customer's experience with your site.
