Listened to the Podcast here on PE, then checked out the interview with their founder. Very interesting. I contacted them and the premise seems sound, assuming they have a sizable customer base. They certainly are generating a lot of buzz with their whole PPA approach.
Anyone else looked into this? I'd like to see an actual conversation on the board again. The Articles are flowing, Brian's tutorials are flowing, the bog posts are well...almost flowing. But the forum is kinda dead.

Joe Schaefer, a sales manager there seemed like an easy guy to deal with. In my case my host would have to write some custom code to integrate with Jellyfish to the tune of nearly $500. Without knowing the size of their membership based shopping clientèle, sounds like an iffy investment. That said, they have code for some cart solutions already that you can use.
Funny thing about e-commerce, there seems to be a thousand and one ways to spend your money and many folk run from one 'this'll work' to the next, checkbook merrily waving in the wind.

Yep I'm working with Joe also. They have code for osCommerce to track the sales but no code to create the feed. I am waiting to receive the specs and then I'm going to look into creating a feed for Jellyfish and will probably release it to the public after it's tested.

I read this post earlier this week and decided to contact jellyfish.com.
Setting up the feed manually is not hard but can be time consuming if you have a large amount of products. I used Microsoft Excell and currently have mine set up.
Unfortunately, they do not currently have the tracking code for my e-commerce solution "Prostores". I tried to do it myself and I think it is close but not yet functional.
I do like the overall concept for the site and hope I can get it working. |

I created a feed for osCommerce for jellyfish and I have their tracking code in. Now I'm waiting on some sales to see how this works I just got my products in yesterday.

I now have the tracking code for Prostores to work with JellyFish.com. If you are a Prostores user and you need it just contact me as I would be happy to share it with you.
I have not seen any sales via the JellyFish site yet. Still hopeful!

Hi,
I've got a Prostores backend and integrated Jellyfish code onto my confirmation page without too much difficulty.
They have a guide available specifically for Prostores. You may want to contact JF about it.
That said, I've seen hardly any traffic from them in two months and haven't seen a single sale that JF generated. And I've even run a number of products with the highest bid PPA among all sellers.
I'm told that they're expecting some big exposure in Sept that should help with sales generation, but I don't know details.
It may be a hit-or-miss experience for sellers, depending upon type of products sold. If their Smackdown audience is indicative of they primary visitors, you may want to spend a little time looking at the comments of participants to get a gut feel on who their visitors are. |

I am looking for the feed for Jellyfish with osCommerce. I noticed someone here had developed one but there is no contribution for it over at osCommerce.
Can you please contribute it so others can use it? |

There is a program called product feed manager http://www.productfeedmanager.com that feeds to jellyfish, but right now they only support yahoo and prostores stores. |
