Celebros Never Completed Our Setup and Won't Return the Setup Fees
Our experience with Celebros started off great. They actually offered us a house account, meaning that they would use our site to do some experimental work on before the new applications were released to the public. The best part of the house account was that we only had to pay a setup fee of $4500 and after that there would be no monthly or annual fees. Unfortunately, Celebros never did set us up. The project manager and developer seemed to disagree about the form our datafeed should take. At first we were told that one form was fine, and after we spent a lot of time meeting their requirements, we were told that no, they'd prefer it in another format. This back and forth continued for a while, we grew quite frustrated with them, and they apparently impatient with us (trying to meet their ever changing demands took us quite a while). At a certain point, they told us that the deal was off. We were quite glad to be through with them at that point. We asked for our setup fees back, since they never did set us up. Each person we've talked to either told us we had to talk to someone else, or told us they'd look into it and get back to us but never did. It's now been over six months since our last contact from them, and we're debating whether to sue.
