I would nevr use this service or work with this company. I signed up for one of their free two week test drives but never did anything with it. Two weeks later I received an e-mail that if I wanted to continue I needed to clink the link and "Update" my billing info. I thought this was for another sight we use so I did just that. I realized my mistake immediately and contacted them requesting they cancel the charge. They said they "have no refund policy". Excuse me? Really? That is extremely unprofessional. We run 3 businesses and if a customer called me and said they had made a mistake and requested a refund for a service that had never used or ever intended on using there would be no question. This tells a great deal about what is important to this company and it definitely is not their reputation or their customers. I was extremely polite and even told them I still may give them a try for one of our other businesses in the future but they did not care in the least. Use these guys at your own risk but I would not trust them with a dime.
