Solid Software - Great Customer Support
We have been using Infopia as a selling tool for over 3 years now. The learning curve took longer than we thought it would, took a couple months to get ramped up. Once we were up, we LOVED it, and have been very satisfied with the tool. It is very robust, and their storefront offering is superior to that of Channel Advisor, and the other Multi-Channel Tools. We process over 7,000 orders monthly, and the tool has been able to scale with us. We started using the tool when we were doing only 40K monthly in sales, and Infopia has been there for us all along with very few negative experiences along the way. Main Points:
- Learning curve is significant, but for us was well worth it.
- Scalable application that automates processes.
- Customer Support that answers the phone.
- Very little downtime, (Only 1 outage a few months ago that I recall, and they were great about letting us know the status every 15 minutes until it was up and running again.)
