Great Review
I am a big fan of BigCommerce and have found little to complain about. It seems that they just keep adding features whenever someone has a complaint, so that makes me happy. A good for instance is that one review online says that BigCommerce doesn't offer the sale of digital goods, but they do now, so this just shows how it keeps upgrading and evolving - only big downfall is the lack of online chat support.

From a developer standpoint BigCommerce is really great too. They offer a full range of api's & web developer tools to use BigCommerce in conjunction with an e-commerce order fulfillment service such as Fulfillrite.
Their support team is also great & really knowledgeable, and will usually respond to all inquiries the same business day. This too is critical in a developer environment.
