Excellent Shopping Cart

I spent 3 months looking at various carts to host our new e-commerce website ( http://www.ipPhoneShack.com ) before deciding on ClearCart. Working with the team was like a breath of fresh air - not only did they understand the business-related issues behind running a quality e-commerce store, but they were attentive to the small details, both from a design and a programming perspective. They were extremely flexible and our team worked seamlessly with their team through the whole process. I have no doubt that I chose the right product; it's hard to find a cart that looks so beautiful,while still having the attention to workflow that we need to keep our productivity high. ipPhoneShack.com is a technically-biased website (we sell IP-Telephony products including phones, PBX's including the entire Microsoft Response Point product-range, and PBX-related software such as QueueMetrics) but we want to attract non-technical customers, so the site needed to be extremely attractive and non-threatening while at the same time providing enough content to be useful to our technically-savvy customers. We were able to achieve this using ClearCart. We've had the ClearCart team perform a number of customizations for us and in every instance they took the time to understand the problem before going ahead and coding the solution. This has meant that we have a more stable, supportable code-base. Their technical support is truly excellent - better than any I have seen previously. I have no hesitation in recommending ClearCart to anyone needing a quality cart at the right price, with superior support.

Superb Shopping Cart

Using ClearCart has been one of the best business decisions I have ever made. My natural skin care business website needed to have a wholesale and retail side. ClearCart made this fairly easy without having to customize the back end. My site www.giftsfromtheearth.com is clean, looks customized and is easy to use. The online knowledgebase support is very helpful not to mention that additonal questions were answered by customer service within hours of my request. Within a day of my site going live I had my first purchase. The email notifications I recieve are timely, clear and concise. Adding products and their images, multiple sizes and options was easy. Cross merchandizing was easy as well. I love seeing "My Cart" on every page, as a shopper it is great to know what is in my cart without leaving the catalog. Having a link on the home page for sale items and new updates is a plus. This site was intuitively designed. It's clean design makes it simple for the end user. The administration controls are categorized smartly so that management of site can be done by multiple people regardless of computer skill strengths. Life Saver Amazing Shopping Cart

Before using ClearCart, me and my team were facing with a lot of problems in terms of data updates, technical and design issues for our website that causes customer lost. As a trade company, customer means everything for us.Besides these problems, we hardly had support from our previous shopping cart host whenever we had problems. A derivative of PinnacleCart?

If I'm not mistaken, Clear Cart is a customized version of Pinnacle Cart - not that that's a bad thing, mind you, just that there are several carts out there that were built on the core functionality of Pinnacle Cart.

Particularly pleased with all the extras!

In my experience, ClearCart is easy and convenient to use, but not basic or simplistic. I've been using it for 6 months now and find that there are many ways to modify your cart, allowing room for both beginning and more advanced users to work effectively. There are a number of built-in SEO techniques that I find highly effective as a webmaster, such as data feed exports to Google Base, Shopzilla, etc. and web site graphics optimization to improve page load speed. I have yet to tap into some of the additional resources provided in the control panel, but look forward to exploring them over time. The additional SEO tools that I am currently using have made a measurable difference in our online sales and have made my own work much more streamline. I would definitely recommend ClearCart to both beginners and those moderately-advanced users who have enough web experience and inclination to explore and utilize the many excellent tools that come with it.

Allows us to market to retail stores and end-users

ClearCart has allowed us to provide a pleasant shopping cart experience for both our targeted market of retail yarn shop owners and knitting and crochet end-users. We are now able to create and add images in-house and have the ability to offer new products in a more timely manner. As time goes by we learn about more of the functions ClearCart has to offer and continue to improve our site. As someone who is shifting from a traditional distributor model into e-commerce I have found ClearCart a practical way to get started and a system you and your staff can grow into as your internal knowledge of the system increases. As beginners we have relied on Emily and her staff for support and they have been very helpful.

Happy ClearCart User!

Our company selected ClearCart as our first entrance into the whole e-commerce world, coming from a strictly wholesale manufacturing business. We were, and still are, very particular about how the whole visual experience for the visitor would reflect our products—very high quality, detailed, artistic stationery, greeting cards, and other gift products that appeal strongly to women. I recommend ClearCart

I have been a ClearCart customer for most of this year, and it has been a positively enjoyable experience.

I began e-commerce elsewhere, and ended up with two stores linked together, while being dissatisfied with the looks of one, and the inflexibility of the other. Ugh!

When I found ClearCart I knew I had come home. ClearCart is beautiful and displays my products (knitting needles, crochet hooks, imported yarns) to their best advantage. Switching over to ClearCart was so easy I kept wondering when the hard part would start - but there was no hard part. I have a lot of control with ClearCart, but I don't have to exercise it, making ClearCart the best choice for beginning as well as experienced store-owners.

ClearCart has improved my customers' experience. My site is fast and easy to navigate, has lots of pictures, and allows customers to create accounts so they can check on their order status and keep a wish list.

I, in turn, have the ability to track statistics and see where my traffic comes from, which is helpful in choosing where to spend advertising dollars.

Any time I have questions, they are dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner. I feel there's always a friend at the help desk, and I am their only concern!

ClearCart's website fills me with confidence and inspires me to always improve. Go there and check it out, the trial features are great fun. And hey! If you get your own ClearCart, mention my name!

Clean, Easy-to-Use Platform

I came across ClearCart about a year ago when I was searching for an eCommerce solution that was easy-to-use and elegant. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found at their website -- a simple, yet powerful platform that makes getting going in eCommerce a snap.

Their customer support is good, too. Many of the questions are already answered in the forum, but if they're not, then just shoot an email over and in relatively short order, you'll have a good response back.

The bottom line: Good platform. Good support.

What’s our story? We wanted to bring on-line a range of products rather quickly before the holiday season. We wanted sophistication and an elegant design with easy navigation. Setup took a few days to upload our more than 2000 products with photos and descriptions. At ClearCart, cusomers matter.

I started with an idea for an online store and had no idea of how to turn it into a reality so I started doing research. For each company that sold cart software, I would first look at their website and if I thought it looked cluttered or poorly designed, I would eliminate them immediately. For the companies that had sites that I liked, I would then email one of the companies that they had on their portfolio page and ask if they liked their shopping cart and liked working with the company who designed it. And through that process, I eliminated most of the larger companies who tell you they’re big on customer service but whose clients don’t think they are. And then I contacted ClearCart. Finally, someone talked to me with real words instead of using sales lingo. They said they cared about customer service and after working with them for almost 1 year, they've lived up to their promise.

Here's why I would recommend ClearCart:

1. You don't have to know anything about building a website to use their software.
2. You can make changes yourself and it's very easy. A friend of mine relaunched her website and almost anytime she wants to change something, she has to call her web designer and have them make the update. I can change my cart whenever I want and it's not a big deal.
3. If you have any technical difficulties, they're right there to help you. The tech people are very knowledgeable and work with you to solve any problem that you come across.
4. The people who work for ClearCart are smart and easy to work with.
5. ClearCart gives you personal service--they know your name and your site and you're not just another customer to them.
6. The shopping cart itself is easy to work with and your site doesn't end up looking like it's a template because there are so many ways to customize the design. While it's easy to learn the basics of the cart, there are all the bells and whistles available that you might not use at first but soon learn why you need them. I'm constantly learning about all the features that the cart offers.
7. My business can grow and the cart is sophisticated enough to grow with me.
