OneStepCheckout is a single step checkout extension for the Magento platform.
Basically, the OneStepCheckout is all about reducing customer abandonment, and increasing customer conversions. Purchasing the OSC is probably the single most effective technical change any Magento store owner can do to increase sales.
Short Explanation about OneStepCheckout
OSC is a total revamp of the standard checkout process in Magento. The core feature is that it reduces the six standard Magento checkout steps to one, and all actions are performed over the fold. Totals and prices are dynamically updated via AJAX when a shipping/payment method is selected. The user simply fills in their address and chooses delivery/payment methods on the same page, rather than having to do a separate step for each.
We offer two editions of our checkout module: Enterprise (€ 590) and Standard (€ 190). The main difference between the licenses is the free support, installation and lifetime of updates that comes with the Enterprise edition. The Standard edition is not a stripped down version of the checkout, it has all the same core features that the Enterprise checkout provides.
