Tahoe Web Service offers a in house built shopping cart that will hold 2500 items. Our shopping cart is already tied into PayPal, Authorize.net or can be used with any merchant account. Since we design our own programs, this allows us to offer many tools to go along with our cart.
The options with hosting a e-commerce website with Tahoe Web Service are endless. Our support staff are all members of the team that built our system. We offer live support for both hosting and the shopping cart via phone, email and live chat. We do not work via support tickets. Doing so is unacceptable, when our clients need support they need the option of speaking with us right away and not waiting 72 hours for a response. As mentioned we write our own programs…We listen to our clients. If a client would like to see a specific program on our system, we build it and install it system wide.
Our system (both hosting and cart) will work well in any industry. Our clients range from crafters all the way to digital downloads.
Some of our common questions upon sign up are as follows. We do not make clients sign a contract, we base the service off month to month. We do not charge a setup fee of any kind and have no rate increases to use any of the programs on our system.
Our support staff is available 24/7 via local phone, toll free phone and email. Our live chat support operates 7 days a week from 6am to 11pm pacific standard time. When assigned an account executive the client will only deal with them as operating like this prevents our clients from having to explain themselves multiple times. Clients are given every contact phone number for the account rep. This includes home office lines as well as cell phone numbers. You will always be in touch.
Our monthly service fee is $19.95. Clients will never see a rate increase, even if we raise rates…clients will remain on the original sign up rate for life.
