Before selecting ebridge as a solution for your company you should consider the many other solutions out in the market. The problem with ebridge is that they don't have the technical expertise or the project management necessary to implement EDI. We are currently in a project with them, that started in October of 2010, where they have yet to meet a deadline and they claimed the product support Dynamics GP but they don't support binary sort for SQL.
They were updating the code but already missed deadlines for that, meanwhile my client can't do business with one of their largest clients. They have yet to deliver a solution as advertised in there literature.
The CEO is unwilling to talk to you and the project manager/consultants, I don't want to say lie, but when you ask them if the deadline is going to be met 5 days prior, they say yes, then after the deadline say they need another 20 days something is wrong.
Beware, and consider all options first.

First, I would like to acknowledge your response and apologize personally. It is unfortunate that your experience with eBridge has been an unpleasant one. I can assure you that with over 17 years of experience in accounting integration, the majority of which is in the EDI marketplace, eBridge has the expertise and knowledge to handle most projects. With that being said, we do however encounter challenges from time to time.
