All orders are stored in a normal Access database and also sends the order VIA email to the merchant and a receipt to the customer. The access database is also a good way to keep all your orders safe in case your email gets lost or your hosting company is having a bad server day for emails. Easily open up the access database which is part of MS Office and you will see all your orders and receipts stored neatly.
