Very Good Customer Service
I have purchased several domain names over the past few years from GoDaddy, as well as used their Website Tonight feature and hosting services. I have very rarely had any problems with their services, and the few times that I have needed assistance from them, they were always very helpful and prompt. Other domain name / hosting companies that I have dealt with do not show this same high level of customer service. Thanks GoDaddy! I frequently recommend your services to my friends.

I'm sure there are folks who have had a bad experience with GoDaddy, but I'm not one of them. I have 20+ domains there plus a virtual dedicated server. The company's service has been great. Perhaps I've been lucky, but any issue I've had has generally been solved quickly and completely. The fact I can call 24/7 is a real plus. I also recommended GoDaddy to several other friends and businesses.
