Being an author, it is imperative to trust those who are handling and marketing your books. Kathy Smith has proven, time and again, that she cares about every aspect of this business - from the customer to the publisher. Given that, and the best customer service, I would tell anyone Star Crossed is the only way to purchase our literature.

Accidentally hit this site as I was updating my favoriates on my new computer..as a regular customer of Star Crossed Productions, I just wanted to inform others who might drop by that the customer service of this company is A+. And I am guessing that others have the same opinion and word of mouth among like-minded readers goes a long long way in our worldwide community. I have walked away from other service industries because of lousy customer service, because no matter how wonderful the product, you can always purchase it elsewhere. I handle complaints at my employment and know first hand the headaches resulting from poor customer service!
