And I am guessing that others have the same opinion and word of mouth among like-minded readers goes a long long way in our worldwide community. I have walked away from other service industries because of lousy customer service, because no matter how wonderful the product, you can always purchase it elsewhere. I handle complaints at my employment and know first hand the headaches resulting from poor customer service!
