You have infinite patience and love working at a desk with lots and lots of computers, monitors, operating systems, browsers, and software. You know what VMware is. You love investigating and diagnosing problems, and live for the thrill of hunting down and killing bugs. You love checklists. You're probably a quiet, librarian type that like helping people, tracking things, and organizing stuff. Summary of Job:
You'll read through our support queue (email tickets from customers, and from MailChimp Customer Service Geeks), find reported bugs, and then troubleshoot them. Determine what to escalate to the engineers for fixing. You'll also
