Required Skills:
- Ability to handle online chats with multiple people at once
- Well-versed in the subtleties of chat/email etiquette
- Superduper multi-tasking skills
- Fast reader, fast learner
- Web power user (you can scan and answer questions on twitter, get satisfaction, message boards, email, etc)
- HTML coding and/or design skills a plus, but not required (we'll train you, young Jedi)
