James is a founder and operations director of an ecommerce fulfillment house in the UK, who promote themselves as a technology leader in the UK fulfillment market. He has a masters degree in manufacturing engineering and a background in process and product design, as well as previous experience with online retail.

Part of his role at the fulfillment centre is to reduce costs and improve processes, reducing errors and costs for both the company and its Clients.

Six eCommerce Fulfilment was founded to raise the bar for cross platform integration and to provide better business analysis and inventory reporting. The intention is to allow clients to run their online retail businesses more efficiently, whilst their order picking and packing is taken care of reliably and quickly, more often and not within hours of the order being placed online.

The business has grown quickly, driven by the growing eCommerce market and the need for better data from retailer's fulfilment centres.
