Great article, most of that was what we learnt when we outsoruced our fulfillment. One other thing to look out for - inbound fees. Those can really crank up, especially if you have to take stock in / out when you go to conventions/etc.

Definitely the minimum that's required. I'd also say that the other way to drive more revenue is to drive more traffic.
A good trick as well is to check for bad pages / bad re-routes. Fixing those can often boost your conversion rate ...
