Have to agree with you on some of the pages. Clicking on the "shipping policy" link makes you feel like you've left the site. And what's worse, the only way to get back to the main site is to use the "back" button. Not good at all.

I don't see the advantage of making customers rely exclusively on site search. Sure search functions are more powerful than they've ever been.. but I'd rather click on a link that says "hats" and will show me all of the hats available as oppose...
