Neal founded RatePoint after watching the security businesses technology advancements to gain customer trust and views reputation management as the new online challenge for businesses to overcome to keep customer confidence. As CEO of RatePoint, Neal is well-versed in the critical role that online reviews take for reputation management.

Formally, as Co-founder, President and CEO of GeoTrust, Neal was responsible for providing the leadership, strategic direction and management for the company. Neal spearheaded GeoTrust's re-launch in 2001 when it acquired Equifax's security business, and strategically repositioned the company and its subsequent rapid growth. Neal led the efforts to raise $24 million in venture financing and sold GeoTrust to VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN) for $125 million in September 2006.
