Ecommerce merchant David Kravetz has a tip for merchants who use direct mail advertising, "The more pieces you mail, the more revenue you get, but it's at a lower and lower response rate, so you have to be very careful to mail to targeted lists that are producing positive results, or you can over-mail and end up losing money."
