Karen Snyder is president and CEO for PDG Software, the producers of PDG Commerce online shopping cart. In this "Cart of the Week" supplement, Snyder talks about how she and her husband began developing online shopping carts in 1997, and how a mention in Microsoft's newsletter soon put the company firmly on the ecommerce map.
