Take Care of Customers

Online art seller, David Sasson, offers a practical tip, “Take care of your customers and make sure that they are not just ‘kind of okay’ with what they bought, but happy with what they buy. If they like you, they’ll go on Twitter and Facebook and talk good about you. If they don't like you, they’ll do the opposite. So, treat your customers the way they should be treated.”
