Make it Easy to Contact Your Business

Don’t make online customers hunt to find your contact information, or step through a series of frequently asked questions before finding your phone number or email address. A 2009 comScore study found that 22 percent of shopping cart abandonment was due to unreachable customer service, where shoppers wanted to ask questions about checking out and couldn't. In short, make sure to place your business' contact information or contact form prominently on every page of your website.
