Most every ecommerce merchant must address the fulfillment of orders and the logistics of storing inventory. Amazon.com does this in a big way, and it now offers its fulfillment and warehousing expertise to all merchants via its "Fulfillment by Amazon" service, which we discuss with Tom Taylor, Vice President of Fulfillment by Amazon.
