Don’t Filter Feedback

When negative comments show up in product reviews, it can be tempting to edit them out. But, merchants cannot control their credibility — they can only influence it. If a customer leaves a bad, yet constructive review for one of your products, leave it up. Your prospective customers will trust other customers more than they trust you. Filtering negative feedback can tarnish your credibility, and an aura of mistrust can quickly crumble the confidence that shoppers hold for your store and its products.
