Provide Contact Details

When potential customers have a difficult time contacting a website's administration, they can become frustrated and abandon the sale. To overcome this, be sure to provide your customers with visible contact details on every page of your site. Whether it’s a prominent phone number and email in your header graphics or a live chat tool on your website, nothing makes a customer feel more comfortable about making a purchase than being able to contact you.
