A longtime technology journalist, web developer and ecommerce merchant, Roggio knows first-hand the merchandising challenges faced by online retailers. Roggio will moderate this webinar, ask probing questions of the presenter and solicit questions from attendees.



Kevin Allen Patrick Kevin Patrick Allen is contributing editor for Practical eCommerce. Allen first covered Internet businesses with CNET Radio in the late 1990s. After witnessing that first dot.com boom and bust, he then held anchor and news director positions with radio companies in California and Kansas. He holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Kansas State University.



About the Presenter

Jeanne Hopkins Jeanne Hopkins is the Director of Marketing at HubSpot. Hopkins currently runs all of the Demand Generation and Conversion efforts at HubSpot. Her previous experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer for MarketingExperiments, MarketingSherpa and InTouch, leading marketing research and publishing organizations serving B2B and B2C markets; and Senior Director of Marketing Programs and Communications at Symmetricom, a manufacturer of timing technology products for the telecommunications, government and IT markets. In addition, Jeanne has 20 years of senior-level management experience with B2B and B2C companies in both sales and marketing positions. She has also worked for LEGO Systems, Hasbro, Milton Bradley, and several other toy companies. Jeanne has taught Marketing at Suffolk University and Western New England College. She is accredited by PRSA, eMarketing Association, and Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.
