    I recently had a dispute with a buyer on eBay. I don’t consider the decision that was made on the phone to be either fair or reasonable since I have verified more than once with Verizon that the phone CAN AND HAS BEEN activated is is NOT on a "lost, stolen, or inactive" list. I think the buyer just changed her mind, and that isn’t right. But thank you for looking into this matter. Since the matter has been resolved, can you ask her to please remove the negative feedback.
