ChannelAdvisor, a leading ecommerce cloud platform.
Ecommerce sellers are constantly forced to adapt to shifting industry trends. In 2018, sellers saw the rise of programs such as Amazon Advertising and Google Shopping Actions while adapting to ever-evolving consumer behavior, increased fulfillment competition, and more.
So, what’s going to happen in 2019? Long-term success for brands and retailers comes down to understanding the basics of omnichannel commerce — the holistic approach of sellers to their empowered consumers.
In this 30-minute online seminar, Link Walls, ChannelAdvisor’s vice president of digital marketing strategy, will look at the driving forces in omnichannel ecommerce across stores, delivery, mobile, and voice.
- Which impending industry disruptions are coming — and how to prepare.
- What marketing investments to prioritize — and where to scale back.
- How omnicommerce will continue to evolve — and which trends to get ahead of.
