How do I edit my directory listing?
Log in to your Practical eCommerce account and visit your account home by clicking on your user name at the top right of the site. Click on the “My Directory Listings” link on the right, and then click on the “EDIT” link beside the listing you want to edit.
How do I renew my premium directory listing?
Log in to your Practical eCommerce account and visit your account home by clicking on your user name at the top right of the site. Click on the “My Directory Listings” link on the right, and then click on the Payment Info link on the listing you would like to renew. There you can set it up to automatically renew every 30 days. You will also get an email before your listing expires, giving you the option to renew at that point.
Do you have a media kit for your online directory?
Yes. Premium directory listings are a part of our Triple-play ad package, and it is described in our downloadable 2010 Advertising Rate Card PDF.
What other companies use your directory?
Large, prominent companies and smaller companies alike use our directory. You can look at all of our directory listings here.
Will you notify me when my premium directory listing expires?
Yes. Our system will send you an email prior to the expiration.
Can I set my premium directory listing to renew automatically?
Yes. Log in to your Practical eCommerce account and visit your account home by clicking on your user name at the top right of the site. Click on the “My Directory Listings” link on the right, and then click on the Payment Info link on the listing you would like to renew. There you can set it up to automatically renew every 30 days.
When will my directory listing appear on your site after I submit it?
Free listings are moderated daily, and Premium listings show up immediately. If there is any questionable or offensive content in the Premium listings, we will suspend your listing and your listing fee will be non-refundable.
Can you help me compose my listing?
Of course. Call (970) 257-0606 Monday through Friday from 8am -5pm Mountain time, U.S. Or you can email us. We also provide tips and suggestions for composing your listing in the description field of the input form itself.
Can I post multiple directory listings?
You can post as many Premium listings as you wish. You can post one free listing for each product your offer.
How do I change the logo in my premium listing?
At this time, to change your premium directory listing logo that was first uploaded, you will need to contact us and send in your logo. We will change it out for you. Currently, you are able to edit your contact info and directory listing by logging in to your Practical eCommerce account and clicking on your user name at the top right of the site. Click on the “My Directory Listings” link on the right, and then click on the "Edit" link next to the listing you would like to edit.
I have arranged to be billed for my premium listing, but now I want to use my credit card automatically each month.
We can do that. Just contact your sales rep and they will make the arrangements for you.
