Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us by Daniel H. Pink
“I really enjoyed this book. It takes a critical look into motivation or what we perceive as motivation. Daniel Pink cites numerous studies that actually show that motivational strategies currently employed by companies (and in some cases are still considered ‘state of art’) can be very counterproductive.”

Six Pixels of Separation by Mitch Joel
“I attended the Shop.org convention in Amsterdam a couple of years back and had the opportunity to see Mitch Joel present. Impressed with his talk, I invited Mitch to serve as the keynote speaker at our Cleverbridge Networking Event in Montreal in 2009. He had just released his book, Six Pixels of Separation, which sheds light on how to use social networks to create a greater brand awareness — exactly what he talks about in his presentations.”

Viral Loop: The Power of Pass-It-On by Adam L. Penenberg
“This is a great read on virality — and more importantly how to use the web to achieve it.”
