A word of caution about Used it last year to find & hire a web designer/developer/whatever they call themselves. Be advised that then, at least, it was necessary to give a credit card so they can collect their commission. My project was a one-off so I was quite surprised to find that the site had set itself up to charge me monthly whether or not I used it. They were polite about reversing the charge when I disputed it, but still. The terms on the site are NOT clear about that. Not worth it, IMHO, unless you have multiple ongoing projects. Also be aware if you’re dealing with contractors outside the U.S. you might be in for a battle over your intellectual property rights, and even in the U.S. be sure you have a written agreement to address that.
