New Tools for Merchants

dLocal launches dMoRe, a merchant of record service. dLocal, a payments platform for emerging markets, has launched dMoRe, a merchant of record service to help enterprises scale worldwide. dMoRe combines dLocal’s direct payment rails with a legal framework to operate as the merchant’s local seller of record, leveraging established banking partnerships, localized payment methods, and local compliance teams within a single, integrated platform.

YouTube Shopping creators can now tag Amazon products. Amazon is now part of the YouTube Shopping Affiliate Program. U.S. creators can tag Amazon products in their short- and long-form videos and livestreams, and then earn commissions from resulting sales. After linking accounts, creators on YouTube can access the product picker tool in Studio to tag Amazon products in the videos. With auto-tagging enabled, YouTube can review recent uploads and automatically tag eligible Amazon products.

ShipStation offers less-than-truckload freight shipping. ShipStation, a shipping and logistics platform for small and mid-sized merchants, has announced that less-than-truckload freight delivery is now available inside its platform. Customers can access real-time LTL rate quotes, book shipments, and track freight in the same workflow as parcels. The launch is the first major product integration since Auctane and WWEX Group completed their merger to form ShipStation Global.

OneRail launches AI platform with Nvidia for faster delivery decisions. OneRail, a last-mile delivery orchestration platform, has announced OmniSTAR, an AI-powered delivery decisioning platform developed with NVIDIA. According to OneRail, OmniSTAR enables enterprise retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to evaluate every available delivery option for each order — across owned fleet, courier, parcel, and other modes — and select the one that meets service requirements at the lowest cost in real time.

Affirm and Shopify launch Shop Pay Installments in Australia. Affirm, the buy-now pay-later platform, has expanded its partnership with Shopify to launch Shop Pay Installments in Australia. Shop Pay Installments lets eligible shoppers split their purchases into fortnightly or monthly payments. Shopify’s Australian merchants can activate Shop Pay Installments in a few clicks through the admin dashboard.

Creator commerce developer LTK introduces agentic AI capabilities. LTK, a creator commerce platform, has introduced an agentic experience to build and scale campaigns. Brands describe what they want, and LTK intelligence helps plan campaigns, identify the right creators, launch and optimize programs, and determine what to do next. The experience works proactively in the background to surface emerging opportunities and trends and recommended actions for brands.

HoneyBook CRM offers Business Phone & SMS. HoneyBook, a customer relationship management platform, has launched “Business Phone & SMS,” a paid add-on that provides a dedicated toll-free number for calling and texting with clients directly through the HoneyBook app. The service brings calls, text messages, and emails into the same client record, alongside proposals, contracts, invoices, and project files. Users can select a toll-free number for incoming and outgoing voice calls (with automatic transcriptions) and two-way SMS.

Ship.com introduces AI shipping manager and agentic commerce tools. Ship.com, a delivery platform for ecommerce businesses, marketplaces, and commerce providers, has announced two tools to streamline shipping processes. Ship AI is a proactive shipping manager for online sellers, and Ship MCP integrates Ship.com’s capabilities into Claude while enabling builders to incorporate shipping into AI applications and agentic commerce workflows.

Paysafe partners with FastSpring on merchant of record service. Paysafe, a payments platform, has launched a merchant of record service through a partnership with FastSpring, a merchant of record provider for games, apps, AI, software, and digital goods businesses. The co-branded solution, powered by FastSpring’s infrastructure, helps businesses sell globally without managing many operational, regulatory, and administrative requirements, including tax collection, calculation, and remittance, payment localization and compliance, and chargeback management.

Helium 10 launches commerce AI agent to help run an Amazon business. Helium 10, a multichannel management tool and part of Pacvue, has launched Helium, an AI automation platform for Amazon brands. Helium provides an AI agent that diagnoses problems, surfaces opportunities, and recommends actions across an Amazon operation in real time. Helium 10 has also launched its model-context-protocol connector to help brands connect data with the AI tools they already use, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and more.

Runable raises $21 million to help small businesses operate and grow. Runable, an AI agent platform to run a business, has raised $21 million co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital and Nexus Venture Partners. Runable builds, operates, and grows a business, including shipping products, executing marketing campaigns, tracking competitors and brand sentiment, optimizing for search and AI engines, and customer support. Runable says it will use the capital to expand its staff, platform capabilities, and the free Runable Academy.

Blue Yonder adds agentic AI features for retail. Blue Yonder, a provider of supply chain tools, has released retail features as part of its Cognitive Solutions portfolio. The enhancements create tighter alignment across forecasting, inventory planning, fulfillment, customer service, and returns on the platform. The release adds predictive intelligence and network visibility in order management. A unified customer service and assisted selling workspace streamlines customer identification, product discovery, and more.

Ordoro and TeamCentral expand integration options for ecommerce businesses. Ordoro, an order management platform, and TeamCentral, a software integration and data automation company, have partnered to give merchants more flexibility in how Ordoro fits into their technology stack. Ordoro manages orders, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping across sales channels. TeamCentral connects proprietary and industry-specific systems through no-code connectors and data synchronization.

Atomic One launches an AI agent system to run Amazon store operations. Atomic One, a platform for managing businesses on Amazon, has launched a system of autonomous agents for advertising, inventory, pricing, and ranking, as well as a MCP tool that lets sellers query their store data in plain language and connects the data to compatible genAI providers.

Nitro releases platform for Shopify merchants to build apps via prompting. Nitro Commerce, an ecommerce acceleration platform, has launched Apps, an AI-powered tool that enables Shopify merchants to build private applications using prompts. Merchants can describe their requirements, and Nitro Apps then creates and installs the application on their Shopify backend. The application remains private to the merchant, who retains ownership of the underlying code.

Broadpeak debuts Click2Cart for shoppable connected television advertising. Broadpeak, a streaming and advertising technology company, has debuted Click2Cart, an update of its Click2 interactive advertising tool. Click2Cart enables viewers to add products directly to their shopping cart with a click on a TV remote during a streaming advertisement, creating a direct path from ad to purchase, while providing engagement and conversion metrics.

Cashfree Payments deploys AI agents. Cashfree Payments, an India-based technology company, has launched Relay, an AI-powered application to run payment operations. According to the company, Relay’s AI agents first obtain merchant approval and then read transaction records, contact abandoned cart buyers, retry failed payments, confirm cash-on-delivery orders before dispatch, and more.
