New Tools for Merchants
Wink expands creative toolkit with AI enhancement and video cleanup. Wink, an AI-powered video and photo enhancement platform, has announced the expansion of its creative toolkit, combining AI video and image enhancement and content cleanup into a connected, publish-ready workflow. The platform enables creators and businesses to enhance photos and videos, refine their edits, and remove unwanted visual elements, according to Wink.
FunnelWon launches WordPress site search plugin. FunnelWon, a marketing and growth strategy firm, has launched SearchUs, a WordPress site search platform and plugin. SearchUs indexes WordPress pages, posts, WooCommerce products, PDFs, images, videos, and other supported media. Website owners can configure ranking priorities, create promoted search results, enable synonym and intent matching, recover visitors from 404 errors with related content suggestions, and customize search results pages to match a website.
UPS releases new digital tools for SMB customers. UPS is empowering small-business customers with platform enhancements, including pickup management tools, faster label creation, and expanded mobile capabilities. UPS’s new dashboard allows customers to schedule, manage, and track pickups in one place with real-time notifications. UPS has simplified label creation on UPS.com with a single-screen shipping experience containing all shipment details and service options. Also, the redesigned UPS app allows customers to create labels, schedule pickups, track shipments, and manage shipping activity.
DoorDash launches drone delivery program. DoorDash, an on-demand delivery platform, has earned Part 135 air carrier certification from the Federal Aviation Administration and is launching DoorDash Air, a drone program. The certification means that DoorDash is authorized to operate as an air carrier and offer an integrated drone delivery experience for local businesses. Similar to its ground robot, Dot, DoorDash’s drone program resides in Labs, the company’s in-house robotics and autonomy team.
Unit raises $12 million for ecommerce warehouse automation. Unit, a developer of software to automate D2C inventory management and returns, has raised $12 million to accelerate commercial deployments of its platform. The platform provides predictive inventory software that enables companies to store, retrieve, and manage individual items without requiring them to redesign existing facilities. The round was co-led by Prologis Ventures, Dynamo Ventures, and Ground Up Ventures.
Manny Pay Global launches payment platform with iMerchant and Adyen. Manny Pay Global, a merchant payments company from boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, has launched its global payment facilitator platform, built in partnership with iMerchant and powered by Adyen. iMerchant provides the payment facilitator framework and orchestration layer. Adyen supplies the global acquiring infrastructure, risk management, and settlement capabilities. Together, according to Manny Pay, the platform delivers global acceptance, fast onboarding, multi-currency settlement, intelligent routing, and advanced fraud prevention. Manny Pay offers merchants either a dedicated merchant account or access to its PayFac facilitator platform.
Parsnipp launches AI search advertising solution. Parsnipp, a generative AI optimization and search marketing platform, has launched Smart LLM Ads, an integrated AI search advertising tool. Smart LLM Ads brings together organic AI discovery and advertising, connecting visibility intelligence directly to campaign creation. Marketers can identify zero-visibility genAI platforms and launch campaigns designed to close those gaps.
Netcore rebrands as Netcore.ai, launching agentic marketing platform. Netcore Cloud, a developer of marketing, customer engagement, and product discovery tools, has rebranded to Netcore.ai, marking its transition to an agentic platform. The company’s seven AI agents can autonomously plan, execute, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle. The platform is available across Netcore’s markets in India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North America, Europe, and Africa.
Drone delivery platform Flytrex partners with logistics platform Nash. Flytrex, an autonomous drone food delivery service, has partnered with Nash, a logistics platform. The integration pairs Flytrex’s autonomous fleet with Nash’s decision layer, which evaluates incoming orders against real-time conditions for routing. Drone-eligible orders go to Flytrex’s fleet. Orders better suited to the ground are dispatched through Nash to an on-demand courier from its network of delivery providers. The partnership is now live across all of Flytrex’s Dallas-Fort Worth sites.
WP Engine partners with Commerce to help brands scale. WP Engine, a provider of tools for WordPress sites, has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Commerce, a provider of an open, AI-driven commerce ecosystem and the parent company of BigCommerce. The collaboration will launch WP Engine Commerce Connect for BigCommerce, helping mid-market brands compete in the new era of content-driven commerce.
MarketLeap expands platform to accelerate global ecommerce. MarketLeap, an ecommerce marketplace accelerator, has expanded its U.S. operations to help brands automate and expand sales across global marketplaces. The platform operates as the seller of record on a brand’s behalf, handling compliance, logistics, advertising, customer experience, aftersales, and inventory management. MarketLeap seeks to help U.S. consumer brands expand and diversify in Europe beyond Amazon, into marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
Ebanx and Pagaleve to offer installment plans in Brazil. Ebanx, an international digital payments platform, has partnered with Pagaleve, a Brazil-based fintech, to introduce Pix 4x, a buy-now, pay-later option for Pix, the free digital payment system created and run by the Central Bank of Brazil. At the core of Pix 4x is Pagaleve’s risk analysis engine, built with machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms, for instant credit assessments.
Goflow launches USPS Direct Integration. Goflow, a multichannel ecommerce operating system, has launched USPS Direct Integration, which allows sellers to access eligible USPS services and commercial rates directly within Goflow. Orders, labels, tracking, and fulfillment remain in the existing Goflow shipping workflow. The integration also supports sellers with existing USPS accounts or negotiated terms.
PayPal and Amazon launch BNPL in Germany and Austria. PayPal and Amazon have announced that eligible Amazon customers in Germany and Austria will be able to use PayPal Ratenzahlung on Amazon.de and in the Amazon app to pay for eligible purchases over time. With PayPal Ratenzahlung, customers can split purchases between €30 (roughly $35) and €10,000 ($11,540) into fixed payments with terms of 3, 6, 12, and 24 months, with select Amazon customers eligible for 36- and 48-month terms.
Onton debuts AI model for product discovery. Onton, a search-and-discovery engine for products, has launched Ontology 1, a trust-and-authenticity model for agentic commerce. The model evaluates not just what a product is but also whether the information surrounding it can be trusted, according to Onton, adding that the model interprets the attributes and intentions behind a user’s preferences, including visual inputs, to generate meaningful data and purchasing recommendations grounded in trustworthy information.
