Oksana Tsvigun

Oksana Tsvigun is the founder of OT Growth Labs, an agency advising international brands and investors on launching and scaling in the U.S. market.

She is a seasoned, global ecommerce marketer, having served since 2008 in executive roles at L’Oréal, Global Fashion Group, Pandora, and Accel Club, leading multi-country digital commerce across Latin America, Asia, the United States, and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In 2025, she co-launched a U.S.-manufactured supplement brand from concept to Amazon market entry and authored "How to Launch a Pet Supplement on Amazon from Zero," a practical guide for founders entering regulated categories.

Oksana is a Gold Stevie® Award winner for Most Innovative Woman of the Year in Business Services (2025). She holds an MBA from Kyiv National University of Economics in Ukraine.
