Rand Fishkin

In Bloglist, we ask ecommerce professionals to identify their favorite blogs. For this installment, we asked Rand Fishkin, founder and CEO of Seomoz.org, a consulting firm specializing in, among other things, search engine optimization.

Blog.mindvalleylabs.com

I always find out great stuff about landing pages, search advertising and what works. The blog is terrific because it doesn’t just tell, it shows. They use real examples from their clients to illustrate how small changes can make a big difference.

Traffick.com

Andrew Goodman is a very compelling blogger. He shares insight into complex issues and makes them simple and easy to understand. Not a lot of folks are linking over there right now, despite his high profile in the offline search world. I suspect he doesn’t do a whole lot of marketing for Traffick.

Thegooglecache.com

The Google Cache is a great blog, run by Russ Jones from Virante. His hands-on tips are useful and backed by evidence Russ and Virante do a lot of very methodical testing of search engines and ranking elements.
