New Tools for Merchants
Trustpilot partners with Shopify to integrate customer reviews. Trustpilot, a customer review platform, has partnered with Shopify. The integration enables Shopify merchants to showcase verified Trustpilot reviews and to manage customer feedback through the Shopify admin. The agreement is the first under Trustpilot’s strategy to work more closely with large ecommerce platforms.
ImageKit launches Creative Automation with AI Assist for on-brand visuals. ImageKit, a digital asset management and media delivery platform, has launched Creative Automation. The new feature enables marketing, ecommerce, and creative operations teams to produce on-brand visuals such as marketing banners, social media creatives, catalog images, ecommerce promotions, and performance marketing variations at scale. ImageKit’s Creative Automation uses templates that help enterprises standardize production workflows.
CiteLens launches GEO platform. CiteLens, a new generative engine optimization platform, has launched. The platform runs questions from a brand’s customers across multiple AI engines, captures the exact answers, and identifies cited websites as sources. It shows a brand’s AI visibility score, its share relative to competitors, sentiment about how it’s described, and the source pages it needs to earn presence on.
Rokt mParticle launches Performance Engine. Rokt mParticle, a customer data platform, has launched Performance Engine, a set of two capabilities to leverage a brand’s first-party data. The first, Audience Agent, analyzes a brand’s data to build a stronger audience for marketer approval. The second, Performance Accelerators, are activation features to overcome first-party audience barriers, such as eroding match rates, segments that don’t scale, and the complexity of household and precision targeting.
Canva Grow 2.0 to create and optimize ads. Canva has launched a marketing automation platform called Grow 2.0, an expansion of its Grow tool. Grow 2.0 automates the entire performance marketing workflow, from ad creation and publishing to performance optimization, helping businesses build and run campaigns at scale. Introduced in 2025, Grow marked Canva’s push into performance marketing, integrating with LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta.
Contentful introduces Palmata to influence how AI represents a business. Contentful, an content optimization platform, has announced Palmata, designed to help organizations understand, measure, and improve how AI answer engines represent their company. According to Contentful, Palmata helps explain the factors that influence AI-generated answers and provides guidance on improving them.
Mobigital launches virtual livestreams. Mobigital, a global B2B commerce and supply chain platform, has launched AI Virtual Livestream. The new tool creates virtual presenters to conduct product demonstrations, promote campaigns, and engage customers. According to Mobigital, AI-powered livestreams can operate 24/7, helping merchants maintain visibility and customer interaction across multiple markets and time zones — all while reducing marketing and operational costs.
Cloudinary introduces Image to Video. Cloudinary, an image and video platform, has launched Image to Video, an AI capability that helps brands generate channel-ready videos directly from existing image libraries. Brands can automatically review videos at scale with Cloudinary Moderation and edit, resize, and crop them with Cloudinary Video.
Autonomous delivery firm Neolix expands European presence. Neolix, a logistics company, is expanding its commercial autonomous delivery fleet to consumer goods, retail, and fulfillment leaders across Europe. Neolix’s delivery vehicles support operations across middle-mile and last-mile scenarios to increase operational efficiency, extend service hours, and reduce delivery costs. The vehicles operate around the clock across a range of weather and traffic conditions, per Neolix.
Caelith launches Fypro.ai to help creators monetize content. Fypro.ai, a product of Caelith, has launched to personalize and connect content strategy and commerce monetization within a single engine. Fypro.ai automatically scans and analyzes a creator’s account in minutes, assessing previous posts, audience demographics, viral patterns, and monetization fit. It then creates a plan for what to post and what to sell, and produces a branded website, storefront, products, and customer list.
Nudge raises $1.1 million to launch agentic commerce platform. Nudge has launched its agentic commerce platform and announced $1.1 million in pre-seed funding, led by S16VC, a fund backed by the founders of Miro, Datadog, and Intercom. Nudge operates across three connected layers of the AI commerce stack: visibility, shoppable funnels, and catalog enrichment. Nudge says it reveals a brand’s AI search visibility, matches experiences with intent, and enriches a catalog so AI platforms can read and recommend its products.
Seon and Domaine launch a Shopify fraud prevention app. Seon, an AI-powered fraud prevention platform, has launched a Shopify app, co-built with Domaine, an agency. The app gives ecommerce and fraud teams the flexibility to customize rules, automate decisions, and review orders, all from within Shopify. Seon analyzes transaction data to help merchants identify risky behavior and approve legitimate customers.
Ppro and Coinbase partner to bring stablecoin payments to merchants. Ppro, a platform to accept local and alternative payment methods, and cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase have announced a strategic collaboration to bring stablecoin payments to merchants and providers in the U.S. The partnership allows merchants to accept stablecoin without directly managing the crypto complexity, according to Ppro.
Redo announces $81 million to support commerce technology expansion. Redo, a post-purchase commerce technology company, has raised $81 million in a Series B funding round led by Smash Capital. Focused on returns and exchanges, Redo has expanded its offerings to include order tracking, package protection, fulfillment support, customer service, and marketing capabilities. According to Redo, the funding will support product development, artificial intelligence initiatives, and international expansion.
Meta Lead Ads announces appointment booking feature. Meta is launching embedded appointment booking for lead ads instant forms on Facebook. This in-app feature is rolling out for ads delivered on the Facebook app, with global availability expected in October. On Instagram, lead prospects will see a “Book time” button that opens a scheduling page in an in-app browser.
Albertsons Media Collective partners with Criteo on conversational search. Albertsons Media Collective, the retail media arm for Albertsons grocers, has announced an integration with Criteo, a remarketing platform, bringing product ads into Albertsons’ AI-powered conversational search. Through Criteo, eligible sponsored products can appear in conversational carousels. The integration enables brands to connect with shoppers as they are looking to buy, according to Albertsons.
Amazon Web Services launches an agentic customer experience designer. Amazon Connect Customer, a contact center platform from Amazon Web Services, now offers an agentic customer experience designer, a no-code tool for designing and deploying AI-powered self-service interactions. Per AWS, the new agentic designer enables teams to (i) build and launch voice and digital experiences, (ii) guide consumers inside a web or mobile app, and (iii) synchronize a consumer’s web or mobile experience in real time during a voice or chat conversation.
